Building the case for green hydrogen in Indonesia

August

In August, Indonesia’s green hydrogen transition gained fresh traction. Together with our partners, GH2 helped shift the conversation from simply producing green hydrogen to creating real demand in sectors where it matters most.

From shipping and ports to powering island communities, we explored how green hydrogen and its derivatives can deliver major climate impact while unlocking new economic opportunities for Indonesia.

Our activities included the Friends of Green Hydrogen Indonesia shipping workshop, a two-day workshop in Bandung on developing the Low-Carbon Hydrogen Standard (LCHS), and an exclusive interview with Petromindo featuring GH2’s Director of Standards, Sam Bartlett.

We’ve captured all the highlights in our August Report: Making A Green Hydrogen Wave for Shipping and Beyond.
